Kathy and Stella Solve A Murder Announce West End Premiere and Casting!

The Murder Mystery Musical Comedy Has Announced a West End Premiere, Beginning Performances this May

The upcoming west end premiere of "Kathy and Stella Solve A Murder" brings to the stage a murder-mystery musical comedy crafted by Matthew Floyd Jones and Jon Brittain. Co-directed by Brittain and Fabian Aloise, the production promises a captivating blend of intrigue and humour. The storyline revolves around two true crime podcasters who unexpectedly find themselves entangled in a real-life whodunnit following the murder of their favorite author.
Bringing back familiar faces, Bronte Barbe from "Newsies" and Rebekah Hinds from "Oklahoma!" will reprise their roles as Kathy and Stella, respectively, joined by Imelda Warren-Green, known for her role in "Doctor Who: Time Fracture," returning as Erica. Further casting details will be unveiled soon.
The production boasts a talented creative team including set and costume designer Cecilia Carey, co-sound designers Tingying Dong and Dan Samson, lighting designer Peter Small, musical supervisor and orchestrator Charlie Ingles, associate director Charlie Martin, dramaturg Gillian Greer, casting director Annelie Powell, and casting assistant Alice Walters.
"Kathy and Stella Solve a Murder!" will grace the stage of the Ambassadors Theatre in the West End from May 25 to September 14, 2024.
