What is I Believe In Unicorns about?

In a mountainous town amidst the backdrop of war-torn Europe, a young boy called Tomas spends his dasy clambering about the hills, and loathes school and reading in particular. One day he encounters a mysterious lady when he happens upon his local library by chance. As she captivates him with stories and encourages him to read, his heart finally opens to the possibilities that books and stories can bring him - coming to a head when war devastates his town, and his library.Will Tomas prevail? And what is the secret behind this mysterious lady, who is not all that she seems?
