Entertaining night out

I'm not going to lie, getting to see celebrities like Kristin Davis and Natascha McElhone were the main driver for me attending this play, and it was well worth it. Natascha McElhone gave a strong performance as a victim demanding respect as well as someone mentally unbalanced and beyond inappropriate. What I was pleasantly surprised by was Mark Bazeley, as a desperate man trying to fix a problem his desires got him into, he was vulnerable but complicit and gave an outstanding performance. The creative use of set design was very refreshing and impressive, it felt very realistic and the audience got the fly on the wall experience. I had forgotten most of the plot of the movie which I watched so many years ago, and thought It was an interesting choice to try out the alternative ending. I won't give anything away, but thought it was a suitable twist. Definitely worth a night out with friends for a twisted plot, complicated characters and good acting. ... Read more
