Back for the second year

The Globe revives its beautifully handcrafted retelling of Hans Christian Andersen's classic Christmas story for the second year, inviting audiences to wander into an enchanting woodland full of cardboard creatures, stunning puppetry, and carol singing! With mulled wine and hot chocolate on hand to keep you warm and toasty, this gloriously festive affair will bring a smile, a tear or two, and a big dose of holiday cheer!

What is the story?

Deep in the forest is a little Fir tree with big dreams. Excited at the prospect of growing up and discovering life beyond his home, he is overjoyed when he's cut down and becomes a Christmas decoration. An adventure to be sure, but will it have a happy ending or will he go barking mad? Don your coats and scarves and head to The Globe to find out.
