Rock and Roll Hall of Fame member Art Garfunkel has made an his own unforgettable mark on the music business since 1967 as both a solo artist and half of iconic duo Simon & Garfunkel. Some highlights of his solo career include a top 10 hit, six Grammy Awards three top 20 hits, six top 40 hits, 14 Adult Contemporary top 30 singles, five Adult Contemporary number ones, two UK number ones and a People's Choice Award - phew! Not content with being a musical genius the icon has also forayed into the world of film, his most notable movies being 1973's Carnal Knowledge (for which he received a Golden Globe nomination) and 2010's The Rebound.
