Book of Mormon
The most cryingly good night out to have come along for years!

Why see Book of Mormon?
This Show Will Change Your Life!
From Trey Parker and Matt Stone, four-time Emmy Award-winning creators of South Park, enjoy this rude, crude and utterly hilarious Broadway musical about a pair of mismatched Mormon boys sent on a mission to a place that's pretty much as far from Salt Lake City as you can get. Brilliantly satirical and ingeniously funny, The Book of Mormon has become the Must See musical of the decade (Hamilton who?)
The success of The Book of Mormon comes thanks to its talented creative team - the musical was written in collaboration with Robert Lopez, the Tony Award-winning writer of Avenue Q, and co-directed by Mr. Parker and three-time Tony nominee Casey Nicholaw (Spamalot, The Drowsy Chaperone).
What Is Book of Mormon About?
'The greatest time of a Mormon kid's life is his mission,' sings Elder Kevin Price before finding out where and who with, his journey starts. But things are not as the handsome and pious Elder Price predicted, when he's paired up with the hapless Elder Cunningham and sent to...UGANDA!
The adventure unfolds as Elder Price and Elder Cunningham try to preach The Book Of Mormon to a community blighted by disease and ruled by an evil War Lord, they learn about themselves, the true meaning of friendship and what religion ultimately means to them.
Taking the World by Storm
The Book of Mormon received its world premiere on Broadway in early 2011 where it opened to considerable praise from critics ranging from the New York Times' Ben Brantley ("The best musical of this century!") to RollingStone magazine ("The new gold standard for Broadway"). It was so successful in fact, that it quickly spawned not one but two US tours and a separate production in Chicago, with our very own production opening in 2013.
The Book of Mormon is one of the West End and Broadway's most successful productions in recent history, and has come to be ranked as one of the best musicals of our time. And though it's about as different to Les Mis or Hamilton as chalk is to cheese, we assure you it's every bit as unforgettable!
Did You Know?
Surprisingly, there hasn't been any major uproar from the Mormon church, or The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. In an official statement they good-naturedly agreed that the musical would entertain any audience member for a night but that "the Book of Mormon as a volume of scripture will change people's lives forever" - Nice.

Comical, musical, loud!
Don't be afraid to be jerked out of your comfort zone for a comedy musical. Yes, it's rude, it's lewd, even. But that's exactly why we loved it!
