Back for 2020

After stunning audiences back in 2014, the explosive fusion of ballet, contemporary dance and hip hop that is Ballet Revolucion returns to the Peacock Theatre this summer for another electrifying run. With dancers from Cuba's most esteemed schools, the Escuela Nacional de Arte and the Escuela Nacional Ballet, expect a searing show full of innovation and excitement - set to a kaleidoscope of pop hits played by a live band.

Ballet Revolucion is choreographed by Aaron Cash and Roclan Gonzalez Chavez. Cash is a classically trained dancer who has performed alongside the likes of Mikail Baryshnikov and Twyla Tharp. Gonzalez Chavez is one of Cuba's most talented choreographers, he has worked with Cuba's best-known music and dance groups and choreographed international tours for hit shows Lady Salsa and The Kings of Salsa.
