Hotel Black Cat

Why see Hotel Black Cat?

hotel black cat: Cabaret Noir at its Finest!

After smash-hit runs in 2014 and 2015, the Black Cat Cabaret is back at the London Wonderground for another scintillating Summer of decadent dance and fine cabaret fare. Allow the renowned company to welcome you to the Hotel Black Cat, a bohemian establishment of old world glamour where ballerinas, acrobats and musicians rub elegant shoulders while they cast their maddening magic to create an evening you're not likely to forget for a long time...

The troupe takes its inspiration from NYC's legendary Hotel Chelsea, crossed with the absinthe-fuelled golden era of Parisian Montmarte's risque and daring underworld. They first rose to prominence in 2013 at their spiritual home at the Cafe de Paris in Piccadilly, and have enjoyed worldwide fame through touring as well as being a mainstay of London's eclectic summer-long festival, London Wonderground.

Vibrant, beautiful, enrapturing

The West End may have the big budgets and big namess, but shows like Hotel Black Cat are where physical talent lives and breaths. Cabaret is truly alive in London, and Hotel Black Cat is one of the best places to see it!

A fantastic night out!

The Hotel Black Cat is the perfect way to spend a Summer's evening, rain or no. Harking back to a time filled with glitz, glamour and bohemian magic, the show elicited startled gasps and whoops from myself and my fellow audience members with its daring dance and acrobatics. The laughs also came thick and fast thanks to the hilarious ensemble cast and a stand-out performance from master of ceremonies Dusty Limits. There's a touch of naughty decadence of course, so perhaps it's not for those who're allergic to swearing, nudity and fun in general. Am very tempted to return, this time with more friends in tow! ... Read more
