Harold and Maude

The 1971 hit comedy Harold and Maude has been given a new lease of life as a stage adaptation. Harold, a destructive young man, obscenely wealthy and obsessed with death forms an unlikely friendship with a larger than life and full of beans woman on the cusp of her 80s. As their bond forms this mis-matched pair embark on a journey of self discovery.

The original 1970s film was received by huge critical acclaim and international success, nominated for two Golden Globes and is now rated at number 65 on Empires top 500 films ever made. With Olivier winner Sheila Hancock at the help this play has only one direction... up!
