5 star all the way
Just amazing the only trouble with it the show had to finish I could have stayed for the evening performance the singing acting and story telling was just brilliant well done to all concerned
Thoroughly Entertaining
Went to this show yesterday with my daughter and had a fantastic afternoon. Can’t remember when I’ve ever experienced so many talented singers/dancers/actors on one stage. Where do they find all this talent? Highly recommended
Absolutely Fantastic
Don't be put off by the critics. This show is bloody great. All the cast can sing and dance. The band is on stage all the time and add brilliantly to the atmosphere. There is a very clever song between "Mrs Thatcher" and "Mr Geldoff" (Mrs T and Mr G). All the other songs are belted out. No plot - doesn't matter, any more than it matters in Mama Mia. The standard of musical theatre in London is second to none. This show can stand proud in the pantheon. I LOVED IT. GO AND SEE IT
Perfect
The message here is that ordinary people ( the public) have the ability to make a real difference in the face of adversity. Helped in no small way by Geldofs anarcic personality . You will laugh and cry. This is fantastically well-made with a great sound and a great message. Be sure you see this.
Just for one day .....what a show
We purchased tickets for a preview show. We had seats in the front row of the circle. These were side view seats and we couldn't see the stage directly under us but it didn't matter one bit. Generally, all that was happening was dialogue and not necessarily action. The music was fantastic with so much energy being generated from every member of the cast. We did not stop tapping our toes and clapping our hands along with the music. WE LOVED IT FROM START TO END. What a great reminder of a great day back in 1985
Just fab!
Blown away by this show. Cast were amazing, lighting brilliantly done, lovely theatre. If you are offended by bad language then it isn't for you. We laughed, cried and cheered. Theatre magic at it's best.
