Riverside Studios, January 24 - February 22, 2025

Best known for his role as 'Otis' in the hit Netflix show Sex Education, Asa Butterfield will take on this one-man play written by Barney Norris, based on David Foenkinos' novel by the same name. Butterfield will play Martin Hill, who as a child missed out on playing the famous role of Harry Potter. Now, as adult life intensifies with a child on the way, Martin reflects on this crucial moment and the what ifs' it conjures up.

Elektra

Duke of Yorks Theatre, January 24 - April 12, 2025

Marvel movie star and Academy Award winner Brie Larson is making her West End debut this January in Anne Carson's revival of Sophocles classic Greek tragedy, Elektra, after an initial run in Brighton's Theatre Royal. Taking the role of director is Tony Award-winning powerhouse Daniel Fish, and together the team promises a marvelous production.

Richard II

Bridge Theatre, February 10 - May 10, 2025

In a promotion from Viscount Bridgerton to the King of England, Jonathan Bailey returns to the stage in early 2025 in Nick Hytner's newest production for The Bridge Theatre. Bailey will star as the titular monarch in Richard II, the first of Shakespeare's tetralogy of plays about the wars of succession during the Middle Ages, otherwise known as the 'Henriad'.

Trafalgar Theatre, February 15 - June 14, 2025

Gillian Lynne Theatre, March 8 - November 2, 2025

The Royal Shakespeare Company and Joe Hishaishi's multi-Olivier Award-winning My Neighbour Totoro is returning to the West End stage in March 2025! Combining the Ghibli joy, Hishaishi's glorious score, puppetry and more than a little bit of magic, this spectacular show is adapted from Hayao Miyazaki's film by playwright Tom Morton-Smith, with puppets from Basil Twist and direction from triple Oliver award winner Phelim McDermott.
