The smash-hit show featuring a talented cast of poets, dancers, musicians, and vocalists has set its closure date for December 31, 2024, due to the redevelopment of the building nearby. But don't be too sad, there are rumors that new ideas for The Choir of Man are being discussed as we speak, so watch this space!
Part concert, part party, Choir Of Men was a runaway hit at the 2017 Edinburgh Fringe Festival, praised for its high-energy dance routines, smashing live musical accompaniment, and soulful, feel-good singing. And they really mean it when they say it's set in a fully-working pub - cast members regularly pull pints and invite audience members to drink in the music (quite literally) on stage for a fully immersive experience. Cheers to that!
"We are so very proud of this smash hit show, and we want to thank our wonderfully loyal and passionate audiences, who come back night after night. We've broken box office records at the Arts Theatre, whilst keeping our ticket prices as low as possible. Our five brilliant casts have given out over 2,500 free pints of beer, and we want to raise a glass to them and to the extended Choir of Man family.
